Easter Slice
Here is a super quick EASTER TREAT from Jenny!
EASTER SLICE
Ingredients
1pkt malt biscuits
100g butter melted
2 Tbsp caster sugar
1 395g tin condensed milk
2 cups threaded coconut
1 ½ cups small chocolate buttons
Method
Crush biscuits. Melt butter and sugar. Add crushed biscuits, coconut and condensed milk and mix well until all combined.
Grease and line baking tin and then press in mixture. Sprinkle chocolate buttons over top and cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 15- 20 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool and set.
Slice and Enjoy
