75 gms Butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Biscoff Spread
1/2 cup white chocolate bits
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup self-raising flour1 whole egg plus an extra yolk
1. Melt butter, add brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and Biscoff spread. Mix well then add whole egg and extra egg yolk.
2. Add flour and blend gently. Don’t overmix.
3. Add chocolate bits and then fold into lined sandwich baking tin.
4. Crush about 10 Biscoff biscuits and sprinkle on top
5.Bake 180 degrees for approx. 20 mins.
6. Slice once cool
