Licorice Allsorts Slice
For all of you Licorice Allsorts lovers, you NEED to try this!
Melted butter, to grease
125g butter, chopped
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 x 250g pkt plain sweet biscuits
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 x 375g pkt Licorice Allsorts, chopped
- Gently melt butter, condensed milk and golden syrup together over a low heat. Add crushed biscuits, coconut and chopped licorice allsorts.
- Combine well and then press into greased baking tin lined with baking paper. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set.
- Ice with chocolate icing or a 200g bar of melted dark-cooking chocolate
- Let sit until set, slice and enjoy!
