Licorice Allsorts Slice

For all of you Licorice Allsorts lovers, you NEED to try this! 

Ingredients

Melted butter, to grease
125g butter, chopped
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 x 250g pkt plain sweet biscuits
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 x 375g pkt Licorice Allsorts, chopped

 Method

  1. Gently melt butter, condensed milk and golden syrup together over a low heat. Add crushed biscuits, coconut and chopped licorice allsorts.
  2. Combine well and then press into greased baking tin lined with baking paper. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Ice with chocolate icing or a 200g bar of melted dark-cooking chocolate
  4. Let sit until set, slice and enjoy!
