Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We are always happy to help, so if your purchased item is not right we will happily exchange or refund your order. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of our returns before making a purchase online.

  • Items must be returned within 21 business days
  • Items must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Items must have all tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

RETURNS HOW TO :

  • Complete the return form received with your order or DOWNLOAD A COPY HERE and securely repackage your item.

You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed.

Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

 

Exchanges | Need a different size or colour?

 

In order to serve you efficiently with your exchange request, you will get the right size or colour faster if you simply place a second order online. Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card immediately. Alternatively, you can also choose to send back your garment, and once received, we will dispatch your right size or colour straight away if it is available.
